Contemporary Icons in Poland
The lecture will present contemporary icons in Poland, especially icons of Jerzy Nowosielski and other Polish artists, the importance of icon paintings in religious worship, and icon painting workshops in the region of Warmia and Mazury. The lecture will also discuss the old icons belonging to the Old Believers in Mazury.
