Graphic Arts Department
Since its beginnings in the mid-twentieth century to today, the Graphic Arts Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb has a leading role in this region , regarding education and formation of the artists in the field of graphic arts creativity.
The quality of teacher-artists and innovative study programs have made the Department a field of intriguing artistic research, and thus the place of transformation of understanding of graphic media.
Today, the department employs nine teachers in art teaching professions and two expert associates to work in workshops.
The Graphic Arts Department has six printing workshops equipped for specific graphic techniques and seven classes-ateliers in the building of the Academy of Fine Arts in Ilica 85
