Competition for the award of 12,150 state scholarships for the academic year 2026/2027
We invite interested students to study the conditions of the competition and submit their application in a timely manner.
Important note on the records of study programs in ISSP
Student registration for the competition will not be possible if the study programs in the Student Rights Information System (ISSP) are not paired with the codes from the Register of Study Programs.
ISSP uses study codes that have been assigned sequentially in the system itself, i.e. that for most higher education institutions have been taken over from the Information System of Higher Education Institutions (ISVU).
The Student Rights Information System (ISSP) uses codes that were assigned sequentially in the ISSP, i.e. it inherits the same from ISVU for most higher education institutions. It is necessary to pair the codes from the ISSP with the codes from the Register of Study Programmes in the Student Rights Register application (https://issp.srce.hr/) according to the instructions available at the link

The Ministry also calls on higher education institutions to timely and correctly update data on students and the course of study in the ISVU and ISSP systems, including data on enrolment in academic years, ECTS credits earned, approved suspensions of student obligations and changes in student status.
Untimely or incorrect recording of data may prevent students from applying for the competition, and consequently the right to a state scholarship. Higher education institutions are responsible for proper record keeping and updating of data.
