Promotion of the monograph "God Save Us in the Nineties"

The Academy of Fine Arts of the University of Zagreb invites you to the promotion of the monograph "God Save Us in the Nineties – Chronicle of Time through the Visuals of Albin Uršić and Boris Kuk", which will be held on October 8, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Act Hall of the Academy of Fine Arts, Ilica 85, Zagreb.

Through the work God Save and texts by a number of relevant authors, the monograph brings a different view of the Croatian nineties – the decade of the creation of the state and democratic institutions, but also the struggle for the space of free thought, criticism and cultural pluralism.

The presentation of the monograph will be an opportunity to meet with authors and collaborators and talk about the time and social context that shaped the visual identity of the project God Forsake.
